Over more than three decades in engineering, manufacturing, innovation, and global leadership roles, I learned a simple truth: systems fail when forces are out of balance, and leadership works the same way. Too much stability without movement leads to stagnation. Too much movement without stability creates chaos. Organizations succeed not because they have the best tools or strategies, but because their people, processes, and decisions move in rhythm with one another.
Throughout my career, I have seen how broken rhythm shows up in everyday work, talented teams struggling, decisions slowing, quality slipping, and leaders forced into constant firefighting.
