Over more than three decades in engineering, manufacturing, innovation, and global leadership roles, I learned a simple truth: systems fail when forces are out of balance, and leadership works the same way. Organizations succeed not because they have the best tools or strategies, but because their people, processes, and decisions move in rhythm.
I have seen broken rhythm show up in everyday work—talented teams struggling, decisions slowing, quality slipping, leaders forced into constant firefighting. Over time, I realized most performance problems are not just technical; they are systemic and human-caused.
